Trash Collection Schedule: Every Monday & Thursday

Please have your trash curbside in front of your home by 7am in a covered trash receptacle at all times to avoid a violation and or fine.

***If your Assessment payment is not paid on time your trash pick up will be interrupted. To reinstate it for the following pick up date you must pay your assessment in full and a $50.00 reinstate fee or you will have to wait for the first pick up date in the following month.***

In case of inclement weather:

Charles Crossing HOA customers who are normally serviced twice a week, will be collected on the 2nd pick up day unless you have been notified differently by the HOA. All other trash will be collected on your normal day example bulk.

Below are the holidays the trash will be moved to the next day for pick up....

 

• New Years Day 

• Memorial Day 

• Independence Day 

• Labor Day 

• Thanksgiving Day 

• Christmas Day observed on 12/25/23 

 

As a reminder, trash service is provided by the HOA. No outside vendors may be contracted for trash removal services. Any infractions will result in a weekly $150.00 fine per infraction per CCHOA Covenant Resolution effective December 1, 2008.

Bulk Trash Pick Up

Please contact the Evergreen Disposal's office to gather information about bulk item pickup, as it is no longer included with regular pick up service. Their number is (240) 468 - 6677 or refer to their website click here: www.evergreendisposal.com.
