2024 ASSESSMENTS FOR ALL HOMEOWNERS (SF/TH)

Our third option year has come to an end with our vendors for 2020 rates ending December 31, 2023. All vendors had a substantial increase in services and supplies for 2024. An annual assessment increase was required for all CCHOA homeowners.

 

The Board and staff negotiated the best contract rates for 2024 with three additional option years to keep the assessments as low as possible.

 

CCHOA will continue to offer 3-month payment options on January 31, 2024; February 29, 2024; and March 31, 2024.

 

Failure to pay ALL assessments by the March 31st due date may result in cancellation and/or reductions of CCHOA services and amenities for the 2024 calendar year.
